Remove background

Acceptable Use Policy

Use the tools only with images you have permission to process, and respect other people's rights.

Last updated: October 24, 2026 · EasyRemoveBG Team

1. Scope

This policy applies to images you upload, edit, process, store or download through EasyRemoveBG, and to your use of its accounts and infrastructure. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited content

  • Child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, or content that facilitates child exploitation. This is prohibited without exception.
  • Pornographic or sexually explicit content, non-consensual intimate images, or sexual exploitation.
  • Graphic gore, content promoting violence or terrorism, or hate directed at protected groups.
  • Deceptive impersonation, non-consensual deepfakes or manipulated images intended to defraud or harm someone.
  • Images that infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights, or disclose private information without authorization.
  • Any other unlawful content or use that facilitates fraud, harassment or abuse.

3. Prohibited conduct

  • Do not access another user's files or tasks, evade rate limits, probe private storage or bypass security controls.
  • Do not upload malware, interfere with the service, automate abusive requests or use the tools to remove ownership marks without permission.
  • Do not use background removal to misrepresent the authenticity of a document, signature, product listing or identity.

4. Review and enforcement

We may refuse processing, restrict access, investigate reports, remove content or suspend accounts to address a violation. We may preserve relevant evidence and cooperate with providers or authorities when required by law.

We do not promise that every upload is reviewed before processing or that every prohibited image will be detected automatically. Background removal is not a content-safety certification. You remain responsible for what you submit and how you use the result.

5. Reports and removal requests

Email support@easyremovebg.com with the task ID or relevant URL, a description of the concern, and enough information to explain your rights or the suspected violation. For copyright reports, include the work concerned, your contact details and your authority to report it.

Please identify child-safety or other urgent harm clearly. Do not attach illegal content or unnecessary sensitive images. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency authority. We will review reports as appropriate to their nature and applicable law.

6. Appeals and updates

If you believe a restriction or removal was mistaken, email us with the task or account reference and your explanation. We can review the information and communicate an outcome where appropriate.

We may update this policy as risks and service capabilities change. The date above identifies the current version.
