1. The service and these terms
EasyRemoveBG Team ("we", "us" or "our") provides EasyRemoveBG, an online image background removal service. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to act on its behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled; our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.
2. Image processing and digital delivery
You can remove backgrounds, refine edges, choose a solid background color, and download PNG files or a batch ZIP. Selecting, dropping, pasting or trying an image first opens a local preview. Upload and cloud processing begin when you choose Remove background or Remove backgrounds.
We use the 851 Labs Background Remover model service through Replicate. Processing depends on third-party infrastructure and may queue, fail or take longer than expected. No fixed completion time is guaranteed.
Results are delivered digitally in your browser. Keep the page open until uploads finish. Submitted images can continue processing in the cloud; batch recovery requires the same browser storage, a valid session and choosing Restore batch. Newly added batch images require a separate start action. No physical goods are delivered.
3. Guests and optional accounts
Single-image background removal is available without an account. Bulk processing requires Google sign-in. Your Google account is used to create or access your EasyRemoveBG account.
Keep your credentials secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. An account does not provide permanent file storage or extend file expiry. Do not attempt to access another person's images or tasks.
4. File limits and availability
We accept static JPG, PNG and WebP files up to 10 MB and 25 megapixels per image, with up to 10 images per batch. Animated images, HEIC, video and SVG inputs are not supported. Downloads are raster PNG files, not vector artwork or certified electronic signatures.
Reasonable rate limits, queues and file validation protect availability. We may reject unsupported, damaged or abusive submissions. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or provider issues.
5. Your images and rights
You retain your rights in the images you submit. You give us permission to upload, store, process and deliver them only as needed to provide and secure the service and comply with applicable law.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for your images and intended use, including rights of people depicted. Processing does not transfer ownership to us or create rights that you did not already have. Check the result before publishing or using it commercially.
6. Result quality
Automatic removal can miss hair, transparent materials, fine lines or internal gaps. Review edges and use the refinement tools when needed. The service does not guarantee perfect segmentation, copyright clearance, legal validity of a signature, or suitability for a particular marketplace or professional purpose.
7. Downloads and retention
Original images and results expire 24 hours after upload is initiated. Expired files become unavailable through the service and are permanently deleted during daily cleanup, normally within the following 24 hours. Download what you need before expiry.
Provider retention and local browser storage follow separate rules described in the Privacy and Cookie Policies. This service is not an archive or backup. Copies you download, share or retain on your own device are outside our deletion process.
8. Pricing, refunds and cancellation
The current service is free. We do not sell subscriptions, credits or paid plans, collect payment details, or make recurring charges. There is no paid subscription to cancel.
If paid services are introduced, their price, billing interval, delivery, cancellation and refund terms will be disclosed before purchase. These terms do not authorize future charges. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the current position.
9. Misuse, suspension and stopping use
Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse processing, restrict access or remove content to address misuse, protect the service or comply with law. We may preserve information where necessary for security, a dispute or a legal obligation.
You may stop using the service at any time. Contact us to request account closure or personal data deletion. Signing out or clearing browser storage does not itself delete server-side records. Applicable privacy rights and exceptions are described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and your legal rights
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential loss. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free results.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory remedies. Applicable consumer protections remain in force regardless of any other wording on this site.
11. Changes, questions and disputes
We may update these terms as the service changes and will update the date on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the service where required. New payment obligations require a separate purchase decision.
Contact EasyRemoveBG Team through our Contact page to discuss a concern before starting formal proceedings. These terms do not prevent you from contacting a competent regulator or exercising rights available under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
