What to include
- The tool page and a short description of what happened and what you expected.
- The task ID, browser and approximate time of the issue, if available.
- Your account email, if the request concerns a signed-in account. You do not need an account for general support.
Privacy requests and safety reports
For a privacy request, describe the data or account involved and the action you are requesting. For an abuse, copyright or child-safety concern, include the task ID or relevant URL and explain the issue.
Do not email passwords, full payment card information, private signed download links or unnecessary sensitive images. You can describe the problem first; we can ask for more information if needed.
Before you write
The current service is free and has no paid subscriptions or credit purchases. Images and results expire 24 hours after upload is initiated. Download your files before they expire.
