Honest limits, so the result isn't a surprise.

Shadows aren't kept

The tool replaces the original background with flat white; it does not create a new studio shadow. Check for any leftover shadow around the subject and remove it with Erase.

White subjects need a closer look

Check white shirts, cups and other pale subjects at 100% zoom. Use Restore on missing edges, especially handles and thin fabric, before downloading.

Listing rules vary

Leave enough space around the product so its outline is clear. A white background alone does not guarantee marketplace approval; framing and image size matter too.

Is the result really white or just transparent?

Really white. With White selected, the downloaded PNG has a solid #FFFFFF background. Switch to Transparent if you want empty pixels instead.

Can I use another color?

Yes. Pick any solid color in the Background panel, or use the color picker for an exact shade.

Will it pass Amazon or other marketplace rules?

We can't guarantee approval — rules include framing, size and subject coverage too. Check your marketplace's current requirements.

Which files can I use, and how big?

JPG, PNG and WebP images up to 10 MB and 25 megapixels (for example 6000 × 4000 px). Animated GIF / WebP and HEIC aren't supported yet.

What happens to my images?

To remove the background, your image is uploaded over an encrypted connection and processed in the cloud. The uploaded image and the result expire 24 hours after upload. Expired files are permanently deleted during daily cleanup, normally within the following 24 hours.

Is it really free? Do I need an account?

Yes. Removing a background, refining it and downloading the PNG is free and needs no account or email.
